Now A Painter :-)

Photobucket

I’m having my painting break here at home because my tummy’s a little bit painful. Yes, I’m painting some corners of the house and I just couldn’t help myself without doing anything. Hubby always tells me to relax, sleep and not to move too much because it’s not good for the baby but I find it boring without doing anything really especially when I see something that has to be touched and done. Hubby’s back to work since yesterday so I am free to do anything I want without him by my side shhhhhh. I mean, it’s good because I can arrange the things where I want it to and doesn’t have to ask anyone if the settings is good or not hahahahha. We’re almost done but we’re still waiting for our canapé and the bibliotheque that we ordered online. Next weekend, we’ll be painting our baby’s bedroom and change the stickers there. Few more things to go then we’ll be able to enjoy our summer before it ends.

I am an all-around woman because I’m busy both day and night. Household chores and the cartoons are my jobs during the day and in the evening, searching for best deals online like lsptop deals, puericulture deals and baby’s toys. Hubby’s always busy also in searching for stroller deals at night right after dinner.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to simply sleepy early, tomorrow my plans include waking up late and to watch a movie and Sunday, I want to go somewhere!

It’s Past 1 In The Morning

It’s 1 in the morning already and I’m still alive and kicking. Hubby’s busy unpacking his office room (yeah he has his own separate office room now) and isn’t sleepy at all. I’m pretty sure he’ll be in an hour or so. If not, then good because that would mean that I’ll be seeing lesser cartoons later on. What a life, isn’t it? So far, so good. Living room, kitchen and our bedroom looked better now after placing some of our unused items in the stock room. 2 more rooms to arrange yet before August comes in. I was really dead since thursday and woke up at noon until yesterday, sunday. Have to do this and that and multitasking of course while taking a minute break. Even if I’m preggy and busy, request from a friend to help her look for a pond pumps is an additional job for me but it’s very ok. She did me a favor as well few months ago so it’s my turn to repay for her kindness. That’s what real friends are for right?

Personal Hygiene

One of the many changes I noticed in me is that I have lesser pimples now and they’re almost invisible. All my doctors said that acnes do lessen when a woman is pregnant because of the hormonal changes. They’re right but I continue to use my favorite facial products still like my facial cream and hypoallergenic facial wash and do wash my face as well before sleeping no matter how tired and sleepy I am. It’s important to maintain one’s personal hygiene to avoid any skin irritations nor skin problems like acne. I have this one acne treatment product that I used before but my gyneco and generaliste adviced me to stop it for awhile because it may not be good to me especially during pregnancy.

Almost Done

The very first shopping we did in one of the baby’s store. It’s addicting to see these stuffs

I was away for several days because my baby’s stuffs are driving me crazy. I started buying his/her things last week or the other week I guess in order to take advantage of the sale season and so far, we’re not far to be done very soon. It is indeed true that the moment you’ll know that you’ll becoming a mother, your views and priorities in life changes. That’s what I actually do and feel right now. For example, I used to be very extravagant and buy the things that I really want no matter how expensive it is, but now, I prioritize my angel’s needs first before mine. Trust me, never I bought anything for myself since last month and all my money goes to my baby’s things. It feels strange but deep inside of me, it feels wonderful and amazing. Hubby even offers me that he’ll be the one to pay the things that I’m going to buy for myself but I always decline his offer and instead, I always grab him in the different baby’s stores. Funny but it’s so nice to see these tiny and small stuffs especially the tiny shoes :-). The maternity things (mine and my baby) that we’ll be bringing in the maternity are all ready yet, I still have 6 more months to wait. Oufff! Long wait huh?

So far, my tummy’s getting bigger and bigger. We’ll be moving to another apartment next thursday because it’s bigger and my angel will be having his/her own bedroom. Aside from that, hubby and I started talking to my tummy. He always makes jokes around as if the baby is really there. That’s how funny we are. He, himself, is excited and happy. Shhhh he’s a shopping addict now too when it comes to baby’s gadgets but for the mean time, stroller or the poussette is something that makes him occupied. I, on the other hand, is busy in searching for interesting Petit Bateau and Jacadi deals.

My first time to join Four Foods On Friday Meme so please bear with my answers

#1. Lynne’s question. Do you cook items besides meat on the bbq grill, and, do you prefer gas or charcoal grills?
- I cook veggies too on the bbq gril. Natural and it’s healthy especially for summer. When I was in PI, I prefer charcoal grills but here in the residence, gas grills are the only one’s allowed here so no choice.

#2. Name a food that begins with A.
- Adobo

#3. Name a drink that begins with A.
- Armagnac

#4. Share a recipe for something that calls for American Cheese
- I’m poor when it comes to this but I guess ham and cheese burger will do no?
