This was taken in Bohol when hubby and I were still boyfriend-girlfriend :-). This was the perfect shot we took so far of the tarsier, the smallest monkey in the world. It gives a smile on my face everytime I see this cute little thing here in our computer because it reminded me of the good times we had when we were there. The only thing is that people don’t seem to respect life of the animals because even if there are rules and regulations in seeing the tarsiers, still, people touch it even if it was stated that it’s prohibited. I’m wishing that it’s not going to become an endangered specie in the near future. This shot has been featured in various shops here in France

People even use flash when they take photos. I think these tarsiers are sensitive to lights because they are supposed to be nocturnal animals. My hubby’s family is from Bohol
